Excellent service, food, and planning. What can I say more about this company I felt like I was working with my family the personal touch the ideas the generosity hands down best catering service I have ever worked with. The were flexible during covid and made something work for us. The phone calls and text messages to make sure things were on task or suggestions to help or new fresh ideas were incredible. I have never worked with anyone like them. We continue to follow them to events they work at to enjoy their great pizza pretzels and service with a smile. DON'T LET THEM FOOL you they are SOOOO MUCH MORE then pizza and pretzels Jen you guys can do it all! Can't wait to use them again

During a time of uncertainty (Covid-19), we had to change our original wedding plans to an intimate backyard celebration. Embers provided the most delicious, made to order pizza and appetizers. They worked with us to create a personalized menu that was absolutely phenomenal. If its available, YOU MUST try the lemony whipped ricotta appetizer, it was sublime. From the moment the food touched my taste buds to the time it was metabolized by my stomach acids, I could not have been more happy with Embers.

Met up with Embers Wood Fire Oven truck at Plan Bee Brewery on Saturday and were nothing less than impressed. The pizzas were amazing, the pretzels was to die for and the service was friendly and down to earth! Would recommend checking this truck out! We hired Embers Hudson Valley truck as our wedding caterer and were impressed with their work! We are foodies and I work in corporate events, so we are picky. It's so much more than just a wood-fire truck. They can set up and cook almost anything! Besides amazing pizzas and wood-fire specialties like chicken marbella, brussel sprouts, and mussels, they set up a raw bar for the cocktail hour and even sourced our favorite oysters from across the country. Jen is easy to work with and our guests raved about the catering team and the food. Highly recommend them for your next event!

This was our first year having Embers Wood-Fired Oven as a Food Truck vendor at our winery but from the very first day they were scheduled they have been great to work with. We enjoyed them so much we had them cater our annual summer employee picnic which everyone loved!
