John Heitmann and Jen Mac Kay have teamed up to create one of the hottest mobile catering experiences in the Hudson Valley. John is a '93 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has been creating pizzas for over 30 years. Jen has worked in event management for over 15 years, working with venues of all sizes around the country.

Met up with Embers Wood Fire Oven truck at Plan Bee Brewery on Saturday and were nothing less than impressed. The pizzas were amazing, the pretzels was to die for and the service was friendly and down to earth! Would recommend checking this truck out! Looking forward to another chance to try out another pizza of theirs!!!
